How do I make a booking?
To make a booking the first thing you need to do is fill in the form under “Contact Us”, from there we will let you know whether we are available on your requested date and walk you through the rest of the process. This includes a meet and greet video chat, then afterwards paying a deposit ($400 for weddings), and signing a contract.
Will you travel for my wedding?
Of course! We are based in the Bay of Plenty & South Waikato but are more than happy to travel anywhere for your wedding! We do frequent weddings in Auckland and have traveled to other towns like Tongariro National Park and Napier (and we’re willing to go much further)! Please get in touch for a travel cost estimation.
None of your packages fit my needs, can we adjust?
Of course! Let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll come up with a quote.
Do you offer videography?
We, ourselves, do not offer videography, BUT we have worked several weddings with Ben from Keepsake Films and we even offer a joint package together! Get in contact to see if we’re both available for your big day!
Does it cost extra for you to attend my rehearsal?
We don’t normally attend rehearsals however, if it’s important to you then we’d be happy to come along. Extra costs will depend largely on location and date. Otherwise, we’re happy to sit in on a video call or wing it on the day with the information we’ve discussed.
What happens if you let me know you’re available but then another couple enquires about the same date?
We NEVER want to seem pushy but if you’ve got in touch with us and we have let you know we’re available for your requested date— if another couple has also requested our availability for the same date, we will always let you know that we have had another inquiry and give you a 24-hour chance to let us know whether you would like to proceed with the booking. We try to be fair to everyone and understanding that you may not be able to reply straight away, but we also don’t want our couples waiting too long to hear back from us & it is unfair on us if we wait too long for your response and end up missing out on both weddings.
Do we pick which photos we want?
We are big believers in the more the merrier! We give you as many photos as we can, and cull the objectively bad ones (blurry, funky faces) and repeats so you have all that you can to look back on. This way you don’t have to do the hard work. All the best photos will get edited and you get your photos back sooner without having to sort through them.
When will I receive my photos?
You will receive a “Sneak-Peek” of your gallery within 2 business days of your wedding, the rest of your professionally edited gallery will be available within 8-10 weeks. The sneak peeks are at least 10 photos for you to share with friends and family.
We will always keep you up to date if there are any delays or issues. Please note January-April is peak wedding season and sometimes delays happen! If you need specific photos sooner please reach out via email.
